    There is range of products and if we learn to live without them, we will be healthier and will live longer. Especially for bodybuilders, athletes and people involved in workout process these meals should be thrown away from daily ratio. This products have very big glycemic index and are harmful for our health and normal functioning of our body. So if you have some self-esteem and have plans for a long and healthy life on this planet, this is the list of foods you should avoid:

    • Absolutely any fast food.
    • White bread and any variations as pizza, pies, pancakes, etc.
    • Potatoes in any form
    • Rice noodles
    • Any fast food that is sold in cans and bags
    • Chips and cookies
    • Cheap juices, which contain bunch of sugar and flavorings
    • Beer
    • Beverages containing sugar
    • Any type of candy sweets, chocolate bars, marshmallows, etc.
    • Waffles

    It is probably hard to believe that you can live without these products? But millions of people who watch her figure and build their muscles have abandoned them long ago and now are feeling better and healthier. Occasionally on holidays or as an exception, you can make yourself a treat and enjoy some pizza, chocolate or a bottle of beer, but nevertheless we must not make them a part of our daily meals if we want to live a long and healthy life.
